New Automated Payments Line 04/04/2022

Good news,

For the convenience of our customers we are making it easier to make payment and have introduced an automated telephone payment service.

With effect from 4th April you, a relative or third party will be able to call our payment line at any time 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to make a payment or to check your account balance. The number you need to call is 03705 725725 selecting option one. Calls are charged at a local rate and payment will be credited to your account the same or next working day.

 

Reasons to use

  • Your time is precious - no need to queue to make a payment or to check your account balance.
  • Card details are secure - keyed directly into the secure system by you with no need to read out the card number.
  • Payment can be made outside of our standard opening hours.
  • Simple to use, with access to one of our friendly, helpful advisors should you need any assistance.

Direct Debit

As a reminder switching to pay by Direct Debit has several benefits as below, including the opportunity to save money each month.  

  • Your Bank or Building Society automatically manage your payments for you.
  • Save your time and cost as there is no need to contact us each month.
  • You can pick which date we collect the payment when you set up your Direct Debit.
  • You are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
  • Most customers can benefit from a reduced rental charge, saving £1.00 a month when they make their payment by Direct Debit.
