Latest Coronavirus Updates 05/01/2021

We are continuously monitoring the Government guidelines and adjusting our working practices to ensure our customers' safety and the safety of our employees and service partners.

National Lockdown

 

Following the announcement by the Government on 4th January of a further National Lockdown, we are continuing to provide all of our in-home services to customers and continue to follow the additional COVID-19 safety measures that we already have in place.

 

By continuing to apply these safety measures, we are able to continue to provide all our normal services to our customers across all parts of the UK.  This includes customers in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. 

 

Our friendly Customer Care advisors will talk you through our additional measures when booking any in-home activity and will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.  Please be aware that we will not be able to visit your home if you or any of your household have been tested positive for COVID-19, are displaying symptoms or have been advised to self-isolate.

 

Please call our Customer Care team on 03705 725 725 should you require any assistance, and we will be pleased to help you. As a reminder our opening hours are Monday to Friday 08.30hrs – 17.00hrs & Saturday 08.30hrs – 16.30hrs.

  

 

Social Distancing and your Rental Payments

 

If you make your payments via a Payment Book or Paypoint Card and this means you need to visit your Bank, local Post Office or nearest Paypoint location, currently this may not be an option for you.

 

For your convenience there are two alternative ways for you to pay:

 

  1. Call us today and we can set up a Direct Debit over the phone.
  2. Call us each month and pay your rental over the phone by Credit or Debit Card.

Given that our phone lines can sometimes be extremely busy, we would recommend setting up a Direct Debit. Remember this is secure and can be cancelled by you at any time in the future.
